Prices of our Country House

General conditions for guests:

• Prices are per week and are expressed in Euros (EUR) and can vary depending on the period of the year. Please contact us for further information.
• Animals allowed: 15,00 €/day.
• Prices include: full use of electric appliances and kitchenware; water, electricity and gas consumption; bed linen, towels and kitchen towels changed weekly (on request); final cleaning; use of the swimming pool and the equipped garden (umbrellas, sunbeds, tables, chairs).
• Prices don’t include: in the months from October to April, heating is included as a flat rate (15,00 €/day).
• Terms of Payment: you can pay the balance cash or by all the main credit cards (with a 2% charge on the total price).
• Deposit: 50,00 € to be paid on arrival.
• Documents: the personal data forms must be filled in by guests immediately on arrival and handed in to the owner, who will forward them to the police (as required by Italian law).
• Check-in: Saturday (or the day of arrival) from 3pm
• Check-out: Saturday (or the day of departure) within and not later than 10am.
• Swimming pool opening: 1º May - 1º October.
• Overnight stay: unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
