A tasting wouldn't be complete without pairing it with local delicacies. Our farm's gastronomic products will be the perfect companions for the wines you'll sample. From the intense aromas of cheeses with honey and preserves to the delights of homemade cured meats, you'll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of flavors representing the best of our regional cuisine.
The tasting will involve tasting four types of wine:
served with cutting boards consisting of homemade cured meats (ham, loin, salami), local cheeses, jams, honey, and homemade focaccia.
